Powerful. Challenging. Excellent question for all of us to ask. "Whose honesty are we living?"

Saying the perfectly 'right' thing is likely never possible, nor can we possibly tell. We can guess, we can have ideas, but what we might say and think is improper might be fine and proper. Same with what we say that we think is proper might be improper. The changes can because of things that might be aware of or things that we might not be aware of. The challenge is to know what honesty is useful for others to act upon, and doesn't confront any psychological boundaries that they may have. Such boundaries include very territorial fields of 'expertise', but also projects they are tasked with. Some of these boundaries might be understandable, some might be more purely ego. But recognizing these boundaries with the information that is shared can help to save face, and it can help to even create alliances. With alliances formed, boundaries may be eliminated and honesty may be shared with greater ease.
